1982 Honda CB750

This one is a real classic.  It was the first "modern super-bike" as it was the first motorcycle to incorporate all the modern features like electric start, dual overhead cam, 5 speed trans, and more.  It was a lot of fun to work on and is currently for sale.  Check it out!

I tried out a two-tone paint job on this one.

My first 4 cylinder, and possibly my last.  The power is nice, but man is it heavy.

The transformation here is really incredible.  Just compare the engine is this picture with the picture up top.  It's amazing whats hiding under 30 years of grime!

I never got any pictures of the original tank.  It had a "custom paint job" on it and believe me when I say, it was bad.

Yamaha XS 650

I finished another one!  I made quite a bit of money on this one too, and learned a ton, so I guess it was successful!

I think it turned out really good, but I'll let you be the judge.

The paint turned out awesome.  I finally found a brand I like!

These are before any work.  Well actually before any work it was sitting in about 4 feet of weeds, but that wouldn't have been much of a picture!

Kawasaki kz 440!

I just finished, well actually a few months ago, my first bike, a kz 440! It was a lot of fun and when it was all done I ended up making 4 times what the whole project cost me! Check it out!

primer and some white....

The tank turned out really well.

Side panels to match.....

The engine actually did not require much work, just a good carb cleaning and lots of degreasing. She had low miles and ran like a champ.

I chose to go all black with this one. It has its disadvantages, but in this case I think it turned out really nice.

Repainted the frame black, just to give is a cleaner look.

Then I put it all back together!

This was way fun and, as a said before, way profitable! I will post other projects soon!

So here I am! I am on a quest for knowledge as I start to cut my teeth on rebuilding motors of all types. So far I have done a few motorcycles and will post all about them. I have already learned so much and made some money, which is awesome! So I hope you have as much fun as I do as I share what I learn!
